How to download files

1. Download after payment completion

Click the "Access Digital Content" button on the payment completion page.
Then, a page where you can download the file will open. You can either download the file directly or go to your library to view and download previously purchased files.
If you are not logged in or purchased as a guest, you will not have access to the library page.
2. Download later
• Login method: Members only
You log in.
Scroll to the bottom of the login completion page.
Click on "MY DIGITAL CONTENT".
Go to the library page and download the file you want.
• Email method: Member, Guest
After completing the payment, you will receive two emails with links to the download page.
Click the 'View Your Order' button in the first email.
This will take you to the order status page for the product. Click the "Access Digital Content" button there.
Or, click the 'Access Digital Content' button in the second email.
Clicking the 'Access Digital Content' button will open a page where you can download the file. You can either download the file directly or go to your library to view and download previously purchased files.
If you are not logged in or purchased as a guest, you will not have access to the library page.

    For digital file products, upon completing the payment, customers will receive a download link immediately. Customers can download the product by using the provided link, and as long as they possess the link, they can continue the download process.

  • Non-Refundable
    Due to the nature of digital files and the ease of copying and transmission, all transactions involving digital files are non-refundable. Once a digital file has been delivered to the customer, refunds are generally not provided as the file cannot be returned. But If there is a problem with the file, I will resend it after correcting it.

  • Eligibility for Refund
    In cases where there is a significant mismatch between the digital file received and the product description, or if technical issues prevent proper use, customers may be eligible for a refund. Customers seeking a refund based on a mismatch with the product description may be required to provide documentation or evidence supporting their claim.

  • Limited Download Access
    Download Timeframe : Some digital products may have a limited timeframe within which customers can download the file. Once the download period has expired, refunds may not be granted.
