Plan B wasn’t just a random name.

In 2021, after years of working with close friends in a small leather workshop, everything suddenly changed. The workshop shut down, and I found myself standing at a crossroads. Should I go back to an ordinary job? Or should I keep doing what I love, even if the road ahead was uncertain? As I sat down to map out my next steps, I opened my notebook.
On the very first page, I had written two words: Plan B.

Plan B isn’t just a backup. It’s about finding a new way forward.

When one path comes to an end, it doesn’t mean everything is over.
If the way ahead isn’t clear, we create our own. Even if the road is rough, step by step, we shape our own journey. Looking back, the most important decisions in my life didn’t come from perfect plans. I discovered leathercraft by chance while working a regular job.
And when my first workshop closed, a new door opened.

And even now, we are not following a path already made.
We are moving forward, exploring new possibilities, and shaping our own way.
