- Due to the nature of digital files and the ease of copying and transmission, all transactions involving digital files are non-refundable.
- Once a digital file has been delivered to the customer, refunds are generally not provided as the file cannot be returned.

- In cases where there is a significant mismatch between the digital file received and the product description, or if technical issues prevent proper use, customers may be eligible for a refund.
- Customers seeking a refund based on a mismatch with the product description may be required to provide documentation or evidence supporting their claim.
[Limited Download Access]
- Download Timeframe : Some digital products may have a limited timeframe within which customers can download the file. Once the download period has expired, refunds may not be granted.
- Responsibility of the Customer : It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure timely and successful download of the digital file within the specified timeframe.
[Exchange, Return, A/S Policy for Physical Products]
[Exchange and Return]
- Requests for exchange or return can be made within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. Requests for exchange/return may be denied after 7 days.
- If the received product is different from the advertised description or is an entirely different item, or if the seller determines that the product is defective, you may request an exchange or return.
-If you request an exchange or return due to a change of mind, non-defective products, or other reasons attributable to the customer, you will be responsible for paying the full round-trip shipping costs without any discounts.
- Features such as veins, shades, and unique patterns on leather surfaces are considered normal, and marks from the production process are possible. These are not valid reasons for exchange or refund.
- Personalized items may not be eligible for exchange or refund due to the difficulty of resale. Please exercise caution when making a purchase.
- If products are lost or damaged due to the customer's responsibility, or if there are signs of usage on the product, exchange or return may not be possible.
- Vegetable-tanned leather may become unsellable after a day of use, so please make purchase decisions carefully.
- If defects are discovered after receiving a product with initials engraved, it will be handled as a product After-Sales Service rather than an exchange.
-The shipping cost paid during checkout does not include customs duties. Customs fees are taxes imposed by each country and must be paid by the buyer. Refunds or returns cannot be made due to customs fees. Please be sure to research customs regulations before making your purchase.
[A/S]
- Digital files are not eligible for A/S.
- The warranty period for purchased products is 1 year from the date of purchase. After this free A/S period, services may be chargeable.
- Free repairs are principle during the warranty period, and in the case of three or more repeated defects, compensation will be provided through exchange or refund in order.
- Even during the free warranty period, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for A/S (after-sales service). The A/S service is free, but the shipping cost is not.
- Repair costs may be charged if the customer repairs the product due to consumer fault.
- Natural scratches or patterns on genuine leather are not eligible for A/S.
- Aging or deformation of leather due to prolonged use is not covered by A/S.
